On the traditional machine, the adjustments to perform skiving are every time carried out by the operator and require a considerable loss of time and mistakes can be made when adjustments have to be repeated.On the contrary, this machine is electronically controlled by means of computer, which enables it to set up in store the programs (thickness, width, angle-shot) concerning 99 different kinds of skiving.

Advantages

・It is easy to set up not only the skiving pattern (thickness, width, angle-shot), but also

automatically grinding and the clearance between the tip of the knife and the presser foot

on the touch panel.

・The different stored programs can be also grouped in sequences of 3 different kinds of skivings.

・The operator also chooses the working procedure of the feed roll, that is : it can work continuously

with a prefixed speed by a volume knob, or variably by means of a pedal.
