This machine is mainly used for cutting the sheets of leather, vinyl, rubber, sponge, felt, etc into straps. Any cutting width can be easily obtained by the replacement of washers (separately available).

Advantages

・Four kinds of gear combination can be easily changed, so a peripheral speed ratio between round knife　　　and lower roller， which are suited to cut the material can be easily obtained.

・By means of the thread adjusting mechanism, the position of the lower roller can be laterally shifted by 15mm maximum. If dull cutting occurs as a result of a groove formed on the lower roller (N roll) by 　　　　　the round knife, sharp cutting can be regained easily by shifting the position of the groove.

・The lower roller can be moved up and down by lever handle operation , so it is possible to stop　　　　　　 the feed of material halfway or, on the contrary, to start the feed halfway for the partial cutting.
