This machine is used to perform upper side cementing operations for leather, synthetic leather, paper and so on.

Advantages

・The adhesive tank is transparent so that the amount of adhesive in the tank is always confirmable.

・The lower part of adhesive tank is designed with a shutter so that it can beremoved by loosening only one screw, even if there is adhesive inside.

The amount of adhesive can be adjusted, and the front and rear cementing amount adjustment boards can be simply removed for easy inspectionand maintenance of the cementing roller parts.

The adoption of the upper side cementing system means that the state of application of the adhesive can be easily confirmed.

There is a free pusher which can be attached for thin objects so that cementing operation can be performed without any unevenness.

The lightweight , compact, design has a built ?in motor so that the unit is moveable, and that selection of workplace is simplified.
