Main usage

  1. It can slice materials to your required thickness.
  2. It can make the thickness evenly for rough materials by slicing.
  3. It can increase working efficiency of later process which are cementing, sewing and finishing products by splitting process.

Main usage

  • The splitting accuracy (slicing accuracy) is generally ±0.05mm.
  • It is designed for slicing not only hard materials but also soft one, the max splitting thickness is 30mm, and the minimum is 0.2mm.
  • You can select from three types of machines which the slice width are 350mm, 400mm and 480mm, according to your use.
  • We can accept customer’s request for special order equipment or specific with our many years experience of design, development and producing.
  • The machine structure is functional, also safe and maintainable for users.
